Today, I thought I would share with you a little bit about our personal stories.
I was a yoyo syndrome with weight problems all my life and found myself close to 190 lbs in my midlife (actually I was 47)
of course I had always heard it was hard to lose weight at my age.
I had aches and pains with arthritis and was finding it difficult to sleep and started my mornings with stiffness, pain and moving very slow.

When it comes to dieting, most people approach the process by controlling portions and counting calories.
