What is your goal? Whether you want to lose 10 pounds or 100 pounds, your goal doesn’t really matter. Your why must be strong and it will build your commitment to reach your goal. I personalize a program, a meal plan for you and I am always available, as your coach, advising & encouraging from the sidelines.

Your formula might look like this.

Target Goal divided by Number of Weeks = Weekly target

Daily Action = Activity * x (# of minutes, drinking water, calories, etc.)

Here’s an example. I want to lose 10 pounds in 5 weeks.

10/5 = 2 lbs. per week

Your goal you set will most likely include doing more of something and less of something else.

Are you willing to eat less junk food?

Do you realize you’ll save money by eliminating junk food?

Are you willing to exercise every day for 20 to 30 minutes?

Are you willing to drink enough water?

Now, to establish some daily actions to reach your weekly target……

Kay offers personalized counseling and coaching to individuals, couples, and families for:

Nutrition Coaching
Kay offers #Free Wellness Evaluations (in person, online or by phone) and nutritional coaching for healthy adults who are serious about a plan to help control cravings, drop pounds and lose Inches. She offers personal coaching and support. A Coaching session is Free, takes 10 to 15 minutes, and can take place in person, via phone, or Hangouts.

Personalized Nutrition Counseling
This option is more in-depth, individualized, and appropriate for adults with existing medical conditions that require a diet, or for clients who want a personal nutrition plan. Coaching sessions can take place in person, via phone, or Hangouts.

Kay’s primary specialties for personalized nutrition counseling include: over 20 years of experience helping clients achieve results

In Kay’s one-on-one work with clients who struggle with weight issues, she teaches how to use a personal program and how to prepare #healthy meals. She specializes in working with women and men who:
-Have been on numerous diets but still struggle with weight
-Yoyo dieters (Kay was a yoyo syndrome)
-Eat for emotional reasons and/or eat erratically
-Want help from a food coach, not a food cop
-Want to take charge of their personal health

Daily iChange Support
Clients can combine nutrition coaching or counseling sessions with daily Free iChange support, which entails journalling your daily food online. Kay uses iChange to oversee your food choices each day (6 days a week) with feedback, support, guidance, and answers to your questions.

WLC Groups
One of Kay’s unique services is offering fun, casual, customized #Weight Loss Challenges to small groups (5-6 people) of friends. If you and your friends share the same questions and challenges about nutrition, weight loss and wellness, or you’re all using a Personalized Program, designed for your special needs!  Contact Kay to schedule a “WLC group.” These customized groups can include anything from simply picking Kay’s brain (like a group Q&A) to a recipe sharing demo or a class on a specialized topic, such as moving towards a plant-based diet. Kay also offers tailored 4-8 week “WLC groups” for friends working toward a similar goal, from losing weight for a special occasion (wedding, vacation, class reunion) to eating right for a race, walk, marathon, or other fitness event.
